Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure to ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately using hotel management software.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding reservations, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and public areas.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly.
- Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions with strict accuracy and adherence to security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
