Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor immediately upon arrival.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and public areas.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared and ready for guests.
- Resolve minor guest issues and escalate complex problems to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior hospitality experience is required. We provide full training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate objects.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
