Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Manage hotel reservations and answer phone calls regarding bookings.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property readiness.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior work experience required; we value attitude and work ethic.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid state ID or driver's license is preferred.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and MS Office.
