Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, answering inquiries regarding hotel amenities and local Florida attractions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and public areas to uphold our high standards of excellence.
- Handle guest requests promptly, including room service orders, wake-up calls, and local directions.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and common areas are immaculate.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns with patience and empathy to ensure a positive stay.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior experience in hospitality is required; we value attitude and willingness to learn over specific history.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate hotel management software.
