Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and a memorable stay experience.
- Front Desk Operations: Assist with check-in and check-out processes, manage reservations, and answer incoming phone calls with a professional tone.
- Information Desk: Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to guests.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to the management team when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate guest records and assist with light clerical duties to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, culinary, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest service.
Qualifications
