Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones and responding to emails.
- Ensure the lobby and common areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle cash transactions and resolve minor guest inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
- Assist in special events and weekend activities as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required; we train our own.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
