Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries with a professional demeanor.
- Assist with luggage handling, valet services, and providing directions to local attractions.
- Monitor the lobby and common areas to ensure a welcoming and clean environment.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit cards, and balance daily deposits.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues immediately to ensure a 5-star experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs).
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
