Responsibilities
- Guest Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest industry standards.
- Amenity Management: Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and mini-bars to ensure a fully stocked and ready room for arrivals.
- Quality Assurance: Perform daily inspections of rooms to identify and rectify any maintenance issues or cleanliness deficiencies.
- Efficiency: Manage time effectively to complete assigned rooms within the standard shift time while maintaining quality.
- Guest Interaction: Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests or responding to inquiries.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining pristine conditions.
- Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Availability: Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
