Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a memorable first and last impression.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Process reservations and registrations efficiently, handling all necessary payments and documentation.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls and emails with a professional and friendly tone, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Lobby Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, concierge area, and common spaces.
- Problem Solving: Address guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Information Desk: Provide accurate information about local attractions, dining, and transportation to guests.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest comfort.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not required for this entry-level role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency are preferred.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards are essential.
