Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering inquiries.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
- Monitor security cameras and access points to ensure the safety of the property.
- Handle luggage and valet services for arriving and departing guests.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure.
- Basic communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
