Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance duties in guest rooms and public areas.
- Operate hotel front desk systems to check guests in and out efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly to respond to guest inquiries.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
- Assist with special events and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work locations in NY & PA.
- Willingness to learn and follow hotel policies and procedures.
- Physical stamina required for standing and light lifting.
