Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage areas
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming environments in guest rooms and public spaces
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and manage guest inquiries efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations and service standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with health and hygiene regulations
- Support inventory management and basic administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
