Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk operations and guest services during weekend shifts.
- Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and conduct shift briefings to ensure peak performance.
- Handle guest complaints and complex issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Ensure all safety, security, and compliance protocols are strictly followed.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness.
- Maximize room revenue through upselling and effective check-in procedures.
- Represent the hotel brand with professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or hotel management.
- Previous experience in a weekend shift leadership role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
