Responsibilities
- Maintain High Standards: Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are spotless, welcoming, and well-stocked.
- Guest Services: Greet guests with a smile, check them in/out efficiently, and address any inquiries or complaints immediately.
- Shift Management: Adapt to various shift schedules, including night shifts and weekends, to ensure 24/7 hotel operations.
- Housekeeping Oversight: Supervise housekeeping staff and inventory to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Problem Solving: Handle front desk operations and resolve minor maintenance issues or guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including early mornings and late nights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, or housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Teamwork: A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with others.
