Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to boost occupancy and revenue
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Analyze financial reports and adjust operational strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote property features
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients and event coordinators
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury/resort settings
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and occupancy targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Expertise in PMS systems (Opera/Micros preferred)
- Knowledge of Colorado hospitality regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
- Valid Colorado driver's license
