Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and ensure seamless execution of hotel policies and procedures.
- Manage the hotel's budget, revenue generation, and P&L to drive profitability.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and high morale.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and security regulations.
- Coordinate with department heads to schedule staff effectively and optimize labor costs.
- Drive marketing initiatives and local community engagement to increase occupancy rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
