Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk, security, and housekeeping operations during night shifts
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with departments for seamless 24-hour operations
- Monitor security systems and emergency protocols
- Train and mentor night shift staff
- Conduct nightly property inspections
- Prepare operational reports for management
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel management experience
- Proven night shift leadership in hospitality
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, PMS)
- Valid California Food Handler/Safety certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
