The Role
You will be the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. This is a fast-paced role requiring attention to detail and a passion for service.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Greet guests warmly and resolve any complaints or issues to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and public areas.
- Conduct night audits and prepare daily reports for management.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hotel front desk or hospitality management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- High school diploma or GED required.
