Responsibilities
- Lead all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to boost revenue and guest loyalty
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance optimization
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Handle VIP guest relations and resolve service excellence issues
- Monitor financial performance and control operational budgets
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to maximize occupancy and revenue
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience with luxury properties
- Proven leadership in staff development and team building
- Expertise in PMS systems (Opera, etc.) and revenue management
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Valid DC hospitality license and clean background check
