Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Develop and implement strategic revenue management plans
- Lead, mentor, and train high-performing hospitality teams
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost optimization
- Drive guest satisfaction and loyalty initiatives
- Coordinate with departments (F&B, Housekeeping, Events)
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury/premium properties
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
- Proven P&L management and revenue optimization skills
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management skills
- Knowledge of Opera/PMS systems and industry analytics
- Fluent English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
