Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel lobby, front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all company policies, brand standards, and local health & safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest service experiences.
- Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and control operating expenses to maximize profitability.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory and facility standards.
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy rates in the Oklahoma City and Texas markets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of managing staff and handling high-pressure situations efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel within the Oklahoma City and Texas area.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
