Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with precision and efficiency during overnight hours
- Handle reservation inquiries, billing concerns, and special requests with professionalism
- Maintain strict security protocols for guest and property safety
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent overnight issues
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations accurately
- Document guest feedback and operational incidents for management review
- Prepare end-of-night reports and ensure lobby readiness for morning shift
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience required
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
- Proficient in property management systems (e.g., Opera, RoomMaster)
- Basic knowledge of Tucson area attractions and services
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
