Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas using standardized cleaning protocols
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies are fully stocked
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately
- Follow safety procedures for chemical handling and equipment usage
- Coordinate with front desk for room readiness status
- Adhere to sustainability practices in resource management
- Assist with deep cleaning projects during low-occupancy periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Arizona ID and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- COVID-19 vaccination preferred
