Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations, housekeeping, and maintenance to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews to foster a positive work environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage budgets effectively to maximize profitability.
- Enforce strict safety and security protocols at all times to ensure guest and staff well-being.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license may be required.
