Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through proactive service and problem resolution.
- Manage financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, and cost control measures.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff to maintain high morale and performance standards.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful budget management and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Oracle Opera or Micros.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
