Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling and training to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
- Monitor financial performance including budgets, P&L, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations as well as company policies.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally to resolve issues and maintain the hotel's reputation.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless communication across all hotel functions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with hotel management software and POS systems is preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A valid driver's license is required.
