Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance operations.

- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Monitor budget adherence and manage hotel expenses.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost occupancy rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction.
