Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant services to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-performing team.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and anticipating needs.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including daily reports, payroll, and inventory management.
- Enforce strict safety and security protocols to protect guests and assets.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality standards and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement and monitor marketing initiatives to drive occupancy rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management or a related hospitality role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Oracle Opera, StayNTouch).
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License is required.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
