Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling to ensure optimal team performance.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets, P&L statements, and revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a 5-star reputation.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain loyal ones.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to maintain hotel facilities and amenities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in budget management, cost control, and increasing operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management software and MS Office suite.
- A degree or certification in Hospitality Management is preferred.
