Responsibilities
- Master daily front desk operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and reservation management systems
- Learn inventory control procedures for guest supplies and operational materials
- Develop exceptional guest service skills through direct guest interaction and conflict resolution
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations under supervision
- Participate in revenue management strategies and occupancy optimization
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure facility standards are maintained
- Collaborate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and event teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred but not required
- Customer service experience in any industry strongly encouraged
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency in hotel management systems (training provided)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
