Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational policies.
- Financial Management: Manage the P&L, develop and execute strategic revenue management plans, and control labor and operating costs effectively.
- Guest Experience: Act as the face of the hotel, addressing VIP guests and resolving complex service issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction scores.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a high-performing staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Sales & Marketing: Build relationships with corporate clients and local businesses to maximize group business and occupancy rates.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and sales.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff at all levels.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Oracle, or Micros.
