Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized greetings and check-in/check-out services to all hotel guests
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency
- Process reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest room readiness
- Assist with luggage handling and provide local recommendations to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain immaculate front desk appearance and organize guest records
- Uphold brand standards while resolving guest concerns promptly and diplomatically
Qualifications
