Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping departments
- Manage check-in/check-out processes using our property management system
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Prepare and maintain clean, welcoming guest rooms and common areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and brand standards
Qualifications
