As the face of our hotel, you will ensure our guests receive a world-class experience while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a focus on problem-solving.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage budgets, and ensure cost-control measures are met.
- Enforce strict safety and security protocols across the property.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote hotel packages and local attractions in Mesa.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or supervisory roles.
- Proven track record in the hospitality industry, preferably in Mesa, AZ.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality preferred.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Certification in hospitality management is a plus.
