Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and polish surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
- Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure bathrooms are spotless and fully stocked.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or broken equipment to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations strictly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy with guests and staff at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and use cleaning equipment safely.
