Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk operations, check-ins, and check-outs during peak weekend hours.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with diplomacy and urgency to ensure 5-star satisfaction.
- Train, coach, and schedule front desk staff and housekeeping teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety protocols throughout the property.
- Collaborate with the culinary and events team to coordinate large weekend groups.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management or front desk supervision.
- Strong knowledge of hotel PMS (Property Management Systems) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Hospitality preferred.
