Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints with a professional demeanor.
- Manage staff schedules, conduct training sessions, and evaluate performance to maintain high morale and productivity.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations across the property.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control operational costs effectively.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure inventory is stocked and amenities are available.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or hospitality supervision.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
