Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of department heads and staff to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Monitor financial performance, including budget adherence, revenue management, and cost control strategies.
- Ensure all facilities are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness, safety, and security.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the hotel's brand visibility in the Charlotte market.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, resolving issues to maintain a 5-star reputation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or similar.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
