Your Role:
You will be the face of the hotel, ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile. From managing the front desk to coordinating with housekeeping and culinary teams, your leadership will set the tone for our entire property.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and brand standards.
- Train, supervise, and motivate hotel staff to maintain high performance levels.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Manage inventory and budget for the front of house department.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Conduct nightly shift handovers and security rounds.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel management or front desk supervision.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (PMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
