Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest inquiries during overnight shifts
- Prepare daily reports and reconcile financial transactions with precision
- Oversee security protocols and monitor property surveillance systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent overnight requests
- Handle cash management and ensure accurate billing for all services
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and special requests
- Respond to emergencies following established procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail in financial reconciliation tasks
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of Jacksonville area attractions/services
