Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts during night shift
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor security systems and report irregularities
- Prepare daily reports for management review
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Ensure lobby areas are clean and welcoming
Qualifications
