As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. You will be the primary point of contact for our guests, responsible for managing check-ins, handling inquiries, and maintaining the security and cleanliness of the property.

Responsibilities
- Execute check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately using the property management system (PMS).
- Resolve guest complaints and inquiries promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct nightly security rounds and ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises and guests.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare end-of-shift reports and audits.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties to ensure the lobby and public areas are pristine.
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Provide information regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or hospitality management certification is a plus.
- Previous experience as a front desk agent, night auditor, or in customer service is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite and PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
- A professional appearance and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights.
