Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming check-in and check-out experience for all guests.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the lobby, guest areas, and public spaces.
- Assist in the coordination of hotel events, banquets, and group bookings.
- Monitor and replenish inventory levels for office supplies and amenity items.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold the highest standards of property maintenance.
- Act as a Shift Lead during busy periods, supervising junior staff.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Currently enrolled in High School or College (or recent graduate).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic proficiency with computers and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
