Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in/out with a smile.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Operations: Assist with processing payments, managing reservations, and handling room keys.
- Support: Provide directions and local recommendations to visitors to ensure a memorable stay.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the facility meets high standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skill Set: Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service attitude.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
