Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
- Assist with daily hotel operations, including answering phones, taking messages, and managing inquiries.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards.
- Resolve guest issues or complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Perform light administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience is necessary.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
