Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure with a smile.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
- Support the front office team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide full training.
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shift schedules.
