Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and check-in guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records

- Uphold strict cleanliness and security standards at the front desk

Qualifications
