Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails with a professional, warm tone.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby spaces.
- Process payments accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Assist in coordinating transportation and local recommendations for guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with property management systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for service excellence.
