Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor, ensuring an immediate positive first impression.
- Present menus and explain daily specials, highlighting signature dishes and local favorites to drive sales.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Service guests throughout the meal, refilling water, clearing tables, and anticipating needs proactively.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and digital transactions.
- Maintain a pristine dining environment, including wiping tables, polishing glassware, and setting up stations for the next service.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a healthy environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or fine dining setting is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- ServSafe Food Handler Certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and upselling.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays or equipment weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Atlanta and Florida locations.
