Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the lobby and common areas.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and services.
- Assist with baggage handling and transportation coordination.
- Monitor security cameras and implement safety protocols during shifts.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily deposits accurately.
Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
